The Imp engine used design data from a much later smaller outboard motor engine the FWM even then it was a total redesign with completely different construction and casting methods.

always make sure the nipple is loose first otherwise the pressure going threw the system and no nipples loose could pop a seal or summit due to the pressure

Quick question… I inherited an old 385. On the other side of the left side of the tractor there’s another filter that looks like possibly a fuel filter. I saw something online saying there’s two fuel filters. Is that true? I don’t think I missed you doing a secondary fuel filter. This machine I have is so old and filthy I can’t even read what the filters are because they’ve been covered in oil and fuel for probably 20 years.

You have probably saved a lot of people money with this. They are a very good engine other than that cheap seal that isent very hard to change

Good video again Done my Daughters Aygo few weeks back just the same .same pipe cutter that you have .could not tighten up ,brake pipes was coated and that made it very hard to flair the brake pipe on the car i will buy the one you have .

Hi Leon, can you help me please. I have a freelander td4 52plate. I've replaced rear wheel brake cylinder put everything back as it was. Took it for a test drive only to find wheel arch covered in break oil and left side of cylinder the piston was sticking right out and dripping. I've tried a dozen times to stop it but no luck. So please can you help me. Ps got my hands absolutely fucking filthy not sorted. Lol

Sell that junk for a few pennies and get yourself a Lexus.

It's not the weight of the chip, it's the surface tension of the liquid solder. Putting a little flux or solder paste on the pads would help hold it in place while you're applying the hot air.

When I did this, I masked off the FET chip with Kaptan tape to prevent the heat from directly hitting the other components around it, like the tiny resistors to the right. Worked great, though it didn't fix the problem. Mine wasn't scorched, but it seemed like the only thing that could be bad.
